University teacher
- Diverse teaching skills
- Proven ability to utilise feedback in the development of teaching, as demonstrated through one’s educational background and/or work experience
- Proven ability to develop one’s teaching, as demonstrated through one’s educational background and/or work experience
- Proven ability to organise teaching, demonstrated through one’s educational background and/or work experience
- Proven ability to utilise artistic activities and/ or research in teaching/in the development of teaching, as demonstrated through one’s educational background and/or work experience
Lecturer
- Diverse teaching skills
- Experience in utilising feedback in the development of teaching and working with feedback systems
- Experience in the development of one’s subject and/or teaching and participating in curriculum work
- Experience in organising teaching
- Experience in utilising artistic activities and/or research in teaching/the development of teaching
- Pedagogical studies or pedagogical competence gained in some other manner
University lecturer
- Diverse teaching skills
- Broad teaching experience in bachelor’s and master’s education and/or doctoral education
- Merits in utilising feedback in the development of teaching and working with feedback systems
- Development of a field of study, one’s subject and/or teaching and participation in curriculum work
