Bodies and other living creatures on Kuninkaansaari island
Performances without an audience.
The Ruumiit ja muut elävät (Bodies and other living creatures) course explores the relationships and structures between body and place. In the course, students examine the connection between bodies – theirs and plants’ – and image, space, and performance. The students will perform with plants and for an audience of plants, as well as portray and describe their growth. The course will end with an intensive period on Kuninkaansaari from 3 to 7 August, which may also give rise to public events. Further information on the events will be available in August.
