Soiva kieli – Who are these children?

The opening concert of the series is a meditation on war and occupation, focusing specifically on the innocent child victims of conflict.

Music and poetry turn our minds to the world around us as we look for strength, defiance and hope amidst the turmoil.

Soiva kieli

In Sibelius Academy’s Soiva kieli vocal music series, four lied concerts are performed each year by vocal arts and piano students. The Artistic Director of the series is Keval Shah, lecturer in Lied.
