Academy of Fine Arts student, is your graduation in sight?
The residency programme for alumni of the Academy of Fine Arts supports post-graduate studies for MFA artists in high-quality residences abroad. During one hour information event on Wednesday 16 February from 5 to 6 p.m., we present the residency programmes and current/previous artists in residence will share their experiences.
The event will be held on Zoom. The language of the event is Finnish, but it is possible to take part in the discussion both in Finnish and English.

17:40-18.00 Introduction of the current residency artist: Anssi Pulkkinen, ISCP New York
The Academy of Fine Arts residency partners are Jan van Eyck Academie (Maastricht), ISCP – International Studio & Curatorial Program (New York), LIFT – Liaison of Independent Filmmakers of Toronto, SPACE Art + Technology (London), Cove Park and Scottish Sculpture Workshop (Scotland). The residency programme is supported by the Saastamoinen Foundation.
The call for residency programmes will open in February 2022.
