Helsinki Harp Festival 2023
Welcome to the 2nd Helsinki Harp Festival! Our wonderful festival takes place at the Helsinki Music Centre in the heart of Helsinki between 31 August and 3 September 2023. This year’s theme is wellbeing and harpist composers. Besides world-class classical and jazz concerts, our audience can also enjoy sound healing concerts in the beautiful Organo Hall. Harpists will have a range of Pilates lessons and ergonomic coaching by a physiotherapist. We won’t forget harpists who play harp as a hobby, either: we will have traditional masterclasses, jazz workshops, electronic harp introductions for harpists of all levels. The festival programme also includes the first Finnish competition for harpists who play the instrument as a hobby as well as the international Helsinki Harp Competition.
May the Harp be with you!
Please note that the concert ends at 15.30 o’clock not at 14 o’clock as informed earlier.
