Elia Lombardini is the alias of the Finnish-Italian artist, Elias Riipinen.
For the spring edition of Global Fest 2022 Elia will perform new music for violin and effects drawing from a vast pool of material created for the artists first album, In Death and the Hunger for a Thousand Lives.

The Global Music Department embraces pluralistic, fluid approaches to sound, culture and identity, creating new hybrid musical spaces through intercultural dialogue and collaboration. Expect a feast of dynamic, innovative and inspiring concerts, featuring performers from around the world celebrating the diversity of our planet.
