Anna Emilia Järvinen (b.1990 Oulu) works with mixed media, painting and sculpting. The works have a relationship with the unconscious, the inexplicability of life, they talk about death and the fire of life. The physical way of doing things allows for failures and uncontrollable insights.
At its core is the freedom to be unfinished and open. Existential wondering at the focal point of being human.
