Study options
Music, fine arts, performing arts and writing – explore the many programmes offered by our academies. Programmes starting at bachelor level are for applicants who do not have a higher education degree from the same field.

Admissions guides
Application instructions, schedules and requirements for applying to the Academy of Fine Arts, Sibelius Academy or Theatre Academy. Always make sure to check which year’s guides you are reading. The admissions guides for the January 2025 application period will be published by the end of November.

Academy of Fine Arts
We provide the highest level of education in fine arts in Finland. The Academy of Fine Arts is part of Uniarts Helsinki.

Sibelius Academy
We are one of the largest music academies in Europe and provide the highest level of music education in Finland.

Theatre Academy
We provide the highest level of education in performing arts and writing in Finland. The Theatre Academy is one of Uniarts Helsinki’s three academies.
